Research: Current-Source Inverter with GaN Monolithic Bi-Directional Switches for Vehicle Propulsion Drives
Matteo Cuttini is an Electronic Engineer with a background in power electronics and motor drives. He received a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Udine, graduating with honors. He carried out his Master’s thesis at Infineon Technologies Austria on a hybrid fuel cell–battery powertrain for electric aviation and eVTOL, and later worked at Sapienza University of Rome on a research scholarship about Current-Source Inverters for grid-connected applications.
