Research project title: Quest For Significance and extreme prosocial behaviors. Quest for significance as motivational construct that leads to act public and "costly" (in terms of individual resources) prosocial behaviors.
In general, research interests include the relationship between motivation and different types of extreme behavior, gender prejudice and discrimination toward female leadership, and the study of socio-cultural level focusing on the sub-dimensions of social and cultural capital.
