Thesis title: Views in Ontology-based Data Management
This thesis is about Ontology-based Data Management (OBDM) systems.
These are data integration systems based on a semantically rich global view expressed
with an ontology in specific logics called Description Logics,
a set of sources containing the data of interest,
and declarative mappings that link such data to concepts and relations
in the ontology.
Specifically this thesis investigates the introduction of a notion of
views in OBDM systems.
