Mahtab Seyedabadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Iran, a Master’s degree in Urban Design from the University of Guilan (Iran), and a second Master’s in Architecture - Urban Regeneration from Sapienza University of Rome. Her Ph.D. research explores innovative urban regeneration strategies in university neighborhoods, focusing on the intersection of ethnography and inclusive urban planning. Her project, Revitalizing University Neighborhoods (RUN), examines how public spaces can bridge gaps between university communities and long-term residents, fostering sustainable, urban foresting, urban adaptation, and mixed-use environments.
