Ph.D. in Philosophy at the Sapienza University of Rome, he is Associate Professor of Aesthetics (M-FIL/04) at the Department of Philosophy. Member of the Editorial Board of the journal Studi di estetica, and member of the Scientific Committee of Filosofie (Mimesis), Eterotopie (Mimesis) and Figure dell'estetica (AlboVersorio). He deals with the relationship between aesthetics, epistemology and art, with a focus on Anglo-American thought. His publications include: Arte ed estetica in Nelson Goodman (2006); Oltre l’immagine.
