Graduated in Law from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", with a thesis in Commercial Law entitled "Equity crowdfunding in the financing of innovative Start-UPs and SMEs in the form of s.r.l.", supervisor Prof. Raffaele Lener.
I have attended several education courses focused on corporate, banking and "Corp-Tech" law, including "Fintech: foundations, payments and regulations" at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania .
Research interests are, at present, in business law, with a focus on corporate crisis and artificial intelligence.
