Research: Development of new polymeric materials and nanocomposites to mitigate the impact of the space environment on antenna components
Lorenzo Ferri (Isernia, 1998) earned his Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Engineering from "Sapienza" University of Rome in 2021, presenting a thesis focused on the nervous system, with particular attention to mechanics and neural regeneration through tissue engineering. Subsequently, at the same university, he obtained his Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering with marks 110/110, presenting a thesis titled: Polymeric blends with boron carbide fillers: development, characterization, and applications for astronaut protection in space environments.
