-Cell culture and handing: Primary tumor cell lines, stem cell lines; generation of 2D and 3D retinal culture from iPSC; flow cytometry measurements; Confocal microscopy, immunofluorescence staining and image analysis (ImageJ, MetaMorph);
-Molecular biology techniques: Nucleic acids and proteins extraction from tissue, biological fluids and cell pellets; Electrophoresis on agarose gel and SDS-page; Western Blotting; cDNA synthesis, PCR and Real-Time PCR; Immunoprecipitation and chromatin immunoprecipitation;
-NGS (Illumina) technology application: Total RNA-seq, small RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, Whole Genome sequencing, Whole Exome sequencing;

-Bioinformatics tools: Protein and nucleic acid sequences alignment and analysis (Clustal Omega, SnapGene Viewer, Serial Cloner); modeling and prediction of protein’s structure (ExPasy, PyMOL); genomic and proteomic databases (NCBI, BLAST, PDB, UniProt, GO, TCGA); manipulation of FATSQ files (TCGA); Primer Design (Primer-BLAST).
