Dr. Irena Boskovic is an Assistant Professor of forensic psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands, within the Legal and Forensic Psychology master program at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences. She finished bachelor and master studies in clinical psychology at University of Novi Sad (Serbia), and obtained doctoral diplomas from Maastricht University (the Netherlands), and from University of Portsmouth (United Kingdom). Irena’s research expertise is on the detection of response bias, namely malingering and concealment of symptoms in the forensic context, biases in general, and lie-detection. Dr. Boskovic is also one of the organizers of the annual Zoom Psychology and Law Symposium (Z-PLS) which is a free and online one-day conference on a variety of topics within legal and forensic psychology.
