Gulzar Hussain Jatoi is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Infrastructure at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, specializing in Pavement Design, with a focus on advancing the durability, sustainability, and innovation of modern roadway systems. His academic journey began with a master’s degree in Geotechnical and Highway Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, Pakistan, where he honed expertise in soil mechanics, highway construction, and infrastructure planning. This foundational knowledge now informs his doctoral research, which bridges geotechnical engineering principles with cutting-edge pavement design methodologies.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Jatoi serves as a dedicated faculty member at Aror University, where he mentors and educates future engineers, emphasizing both theoretical rigor and practical application in infrastructure development. His dedication to using interdisciplinary approaches to address global infrastructure challenges is demonstrated by his dual roles as a researcher and educator.
