Giulia Ghiani earned a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Process Management from Sapienza University of Rome in 2020, continuing her studies with a Master's Degree in Project and Construction Management of Building Systems from the same university in 2023. Since 2023, she has provided teaching support for the Appraisal and Economic Evaluation courses taught by Professor Maria Rosaria Guarini (Building Project Management). Since 2023, she has participated in research activities dedicated to sustainability, the economic evaluation of urban projects, and settlement transformations, contributing articles to indexed international journals, focusing on sustainability indicators, minimum environmental criteria, and Green Public Procurement tools. Since 2025, she has been enrolled in the PhD program in Architecture and City Construction, Appraisal and Evaluation curriculum, at Sapienza University of Rome.
