Gianluca Priori is currently an Operations Research PhD student within the program ABRO at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. After earning his M.Sc. degree in July 2021, he decided to delve deeper into the world of Operations Research to further pursue his passion for applied mathematics. Gianluca's research for his final master thesis, "On the solution of monotone nested variational inequalities", was carried out under the supervision of Prof. Simone Sagratella. On the 15th of November, 2021, Gianluca was awarded a prize for best students' poster at the Univers Winter School on Optimization, Games and Markets organized by Prof. V. Shikhman and Prof. D. Aussel in Chemnitz, Germany. He belongs to the Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering Antonio Ruberti (DIAG) at the Information Engineering, Informatics and Statistics Faculty of Sapienza University of Rome. Gianluca's research interests include variational and quasi-variational inequalities as well as nested VIs, algorithms for bilevel optimizazion and Nash equilibrium problems.
