Research: Human ferritins engineered for selective drug delivery

The main objective of the research project in which I am involved is to design, implement and characterize genetic mutants of human ferritin to be used in the selective transport of drugs. These new drug-delivery systems will be usable in various pathologies, such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.

November 2021- exp. November 2024: PhD in Biochemistry, XXXVII cycle- Sapienza University.

October 2019- July 2021: Master Degree in "Genomic Biotechnology”: Thesis :" Human ferritin engineered with Coronavirus Epitopes" Sapienza University. 110 e L/ 110.
