Gaia Salvatori è nata a Roma il 14/03/1996, nell'ottobre 2020 ha conseguito la laurea magistrale in Chimica Industriale con votazione 110 e lode su 110 difendendo una tesi dal titolo " Poliidrossialcanoati da colture microbiche miste: produzione, estrazione e caratterizzazione" sotto la supervisione del professor Mauro Majone.
Da Novembre 2020 è titolare di una borsa di dottorato in processi chimici per l'industria e per l'ambiente presso l'università "La Sapienza".
Il campo di ricerca è inerente alla produzione di poliidrossialcanoati da colture microbiche miste mediante approcci innovativi per migliorare le prestazioni del processo.
