Thesis title: Pregiudizialità-dipendenza e armonia dei giudicati

The paper addresses the issue of the theoretical conflict between "res iudicatae", examining how to deal with the succession of a prejudicial judgment that is inconsistent with a prior dependent judgment. After analyzing the various forms of "pregiudizialità-dipendenza" relationships discussed in the scholarly debate and drawing the boundary between practical and theoretical conflict, the Author reviews the main theses and solutions developed by Italian and German doctrine and case law, proposing several interpretative criteria for resolving such conflicts between "regiudicate".
