Francesco Cappuccino is a PhD student in the 41st cycle of the Doctoral Program in Architecture and Construction of the City, in Architecture and Construction curriculum A (Architectural and Urban Design), at the Department of Architecture and Design. He graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in Architecture (Restoration) from Sapienza University of Rome, and was also granted publication distinction for his thesis in Architectural and Urban Design titled On the Edge – Archaeological Museum and Visitor Center of the Ancient City of Gabii, supervised by Prof.ssa Dina Nencini. At the same university, he also earned – cum laude – a Master’s degree in Project and Construction Management of Building Systems, completing an experimental thesis on HBIM design applied to the case study of the Albergo della Catena in Rome under the supervision of Prof. Michele Russo, on which he published a scientific article of the same title in 2024. He previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, also graduating cum laude. He received the Rector’s Award for Outstanding Graduate for the 2022/2023 academic year. Alongside his doctoral studies, he works as a tutor in the Architectural Design Studio IV and expands his research activities by taking part in seminars, calls for ideas, and workshops
