I graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in October 2021, with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude, discussing a thesis in Civil Procedural Law entitled “La contumacia: ficta confessio o ficta contestatio?”; Supervisor: Prof. Romano Vaccarella. I analyzed the doctrinal and jurisprudential debate on contumacia in the Italian civil trial understood as ficta contestatio or ficta confessio and the comparison of this institution with other European experiences. I was admitted to the 40th cycle of the Ph.D. course in “Private Autonomy, Business, Labor and the Protection of Rights in the European and International Perspective,” Civil Procedural Law curriculum, at the University of Rome “La Sapienza.” I also participate in the editorial board meetings of the journals Judicium and Rassegna dell'esecuzione forzata, coordinated by Professors Sassani and Capponi. I have, in addition, practiced law at a law firm and obtained the qualification to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Rome. I did the training internship ex art. 73, d.l. n.69/2013 at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Tivoli.
