Collaborations with research groups from the Swedish Museum of Natural History in Stockholm (long/short-range investigations on minerals), from Universities of Uppsala (Raman spectroscopy studies), Winnipeg (crystal chemistry of tourmalines), Copenhagen (crystal structure investigations), Milan (X-ray neutron diffraction studies), Padua (High pressure studies), Bari (X-ray diffraction topography studies), Pisa (crystal chemistry of apatites, spinels and rare minerals), Hamburg (short-range investigations on tourmalines), Maine (tourmaline), and from Institute of Erath’s Crust of Irkutsk (tourmaline systematics) and GFZ of Potsdam (elastic properties of minerals).

Scientific results
All my publications (85) are in peer-reviewed journals and 20 new minerals were approved by the IMA-CNMNC.
