Ricerca: Arte pubblica e identità nazionale nello spazio postsocialista

Studio l'intersezione tra la produzione di patrimonio culturale e la formazione di identità collettive in Europa, Eurasia e Asia occidentale. Laureata alla Hertie School di Berlino (M.A. 2022 magna cum laude, International Affairs), sono attualmente dottoranda in Storia e Culture dell'Europa all'Università di Roma "La Sapienza," dedicandomi al rapporto tra arte pubblica e identità nazionale nello spazio postsocialista. In particolare, studio la decorazione monumentale di facciate nell'ex Secondo Mondo dal periodo medievale al XXI secolo, perciò ho svolto spedizioni di ricerca e fotografia documentale in Russia, Ucraina, Bulgaria e Germania. La mia ricerca è stata sostenuta da borse di studio del Kennan Institute presso il Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (2022), del Dipartimento di Studi Medievali dell'Central European University (2022), del Centro per la Sicurezza Internazionale della Hertie School (2020-2022) e del Programma Stati Uniti-Russia del Ministerio di Educazione Statunitense (2013).
