Associate Professor in Experimental Pedagogy (National scientific qualification as Full Professor acquired in 2023) at the Department of Social and Developmental Psychology of Sapienza University of Rome, she graduated in Pedagogy and Educational Sciences (University of Rome la Sapienza), completed her PhD in Pedagogy (University of Roma Tre) and served as a UNESCO Consultant.

Her research field of interest includes skills, attitudes and values development and evaluation, educational environments' impact on their maturation, and competency-based education.

She is the Academic Advisor for the CIVIS Task Force "Innovative Pedagogies", Responsible for International Academic Mobility (RAM) for the degree program in Science of Primary Education of the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology and member of the PhD Board in "Social Psychology, Development and Educational Research".

She is Project Manager for the Open Badges EDUCATION of Sapienza University, Local coordinator of the EU Project eUropeaN cIvic Teacher Academy: UNI-T Academy (ERASMUS+ Teacher Academies, 2022-2025) and Associate Editor in the Editorial Board of Frontiers in Psychology – Environmental Psychology.

She received her Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) Certification at UC San Diego's Center for Mindfulness and provide training courses for students.
