Phd in AUTOMATIC CONTROL, BIOENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS RESEARCH

Eleonora Ottaviani obtained her Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" in March 2024, with a thesis titled "Bioinformatic analysis of transcriptomic data for the identification of differentially expressed genes in individuals affected by Alzheimer’s disease and development of a machine learning model for the analysis of the obtained results". Since May 2024, she has been a research fellow at CNR-IASI and is currently enrolled in the ABRO PhD program in Operations Research (MAT-09). Her research activities focus primarily on the development and application of deep learning models for the analysis of biomedical data.
