Research: Which water will we need? Modern and traditional waters in the Bolivian Central Valleys from the perspective of future livelihood scenarios

GENERAL INFORMATION
28 years old and currently stationed in Rome, Italy.
My area of interest and competence lies where the human experience and the natural environment meet and conflate.
I come from quite an eclectic formative background, drawing together social and ecological sciences for the betterment of agriculture and natural resource management in general. I have been part of efforts to build resilient communities and territories by academia, public administrations, NGOs and the private sector. I have experience with socio-ecological issues, territorial management and rural development in Latin America and the Mediterranean, with a focus on environmental justice and the right of local communities to determine their own future and priorities.
My studies concern Social Anthropology, Political Ecology, Agroecology, Biodiversity Conservation, Ecosystem Restoration and Water Management. I have written about agricultural extension, rural development, racism and revolutionary politics. I am currently doing a PhD researching the effects different water management systems have on rural communities' perspectives about migrating or staying in their territories in the semi-arid central valleys of Bolivia (Cochabamba Department).
