Dr. Donatella Cesareni (Ph.D.) is Associated Professor in Educational Studies in the faculty of Medicine and Psychology, University of Rome "Sapienza" . She is a member of the teacher staff of the PHD in "Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology and Educational Research" and since 2006 is the co-editor of the scientific review "QWERTY, journal of technology, culture and education". Her research interests are focused on collaborative use of technologies in education. She has participated in several research programs, concerning the use of technologies at schools and universities, both at international and national level. Just to mention some of them: the European projects CL-Net, Euroland, ITCOLE, Knork and Commons. She has published several articles, book chapters and national and international reports. She is member of Sapienza University Quality and Innovation of Didactics working Group (QUID)
