Domenico Chizzoniti graduated at Politecnico di Milano (100/100 with honour). He obtained a PhD in Architectural Composition in 2001 at IUAV of Venice. Assistant Professor at the Department of Architectural Design of the Politecnico di Milano since 1996. Between 2002 and 2005 he worked as a Lecturer at the School of Architecture of Parma and the School of Architettura Civile - Politecnico di Milano. In 2008 he became an Assistant Professor in Architectural Composition at Politecnico di Milano; in 2015 Associate Professor and Full Professor in 2021. He is leading the publications of TECA “Teorie della Composizione Architettonica”. He has published several scientific papers in the field of Architectural Design. He took part in various national and international competitions, and some of his reserach-proposals have been mentioned in several international papers. Among his books: D. Chizzoniti and L.
