Research: Effect of bioactive molecules extracted from biological matrices on cellular and animal models of neurodegenerative diseases

Following the completion of my high school diploma in Science, I enrolled in the Chemistry program at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", where I obtained both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree. In the past two years, at the Department of Biochemical Sciences of the University of Rome "La Sapienza", I have been dedicated to the development of UPLC analytical methods and their application to biological samples such as plasma, erythrocytes, and livers. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with the company Phileo by Lesaffre, participating in two research projects
