Daniele Coduti is associate professor of Constitutional Law, in the Law Department of the University of Foggia. He holds a PhD in Public Law and Economics from University of Rome La Sapienza. He has held various positions in the University of Foggia, among which: President of the disciplinary committee of the University, member of the disciplinary board of the University, Delegate of the Department for orientation, Delegate for Placement and Delegate for PCTOs. He has taught Constitutional Law, Constitutional Law – Fundamental Rights and Regional Law. He is author of many publications published in Italy and abroad. He has participated in various national and international projects and was scientific director of the project “L’incerta attuazione del regionalismo differenziato”. He was member of the editorial boards and of the scientific committee of various scientific journals. He is also referee for many law journals. He is a member of the Italian association of constitutionalists and of the research centre “Transizione ecologica, sostenibilità e sfide globali” established at the University of Teramo. He has been included in the short list of experts in differentiated regionalism drawn up by the Apulian Institute of Economic and Social Research (IPRES). He is a lawyer registered in the special list of full-time professor lawyers.
