Daiana Colledani, PhD in Psychological Sciences, is a researcher at the Sapienza University of Rome, Department of Psychology (Faculty of Medicine and Psychology). She is also a qualified psychologist and psychotherapist (cognitive-constructivist approach).
Her main teaching and research interests focus on psychometrics and the assessment of individual differences.
Specifically, she works on:

• The development, validation and study of the psychometric properties of psychological assessment instruments using structural equation models, item response theory, Rasch models and classical test theory.

• The development of short and adaptive measures of psychological variables.

• The application of models for the analysis of observed and latent variables (including structural equation models, multiple-group models, path analysis, and latent class and profile analysis) to study the role of individual difference variables in different contexts.

• The application of machine learning algorithms to analyze and interpret psychodiagnostic data and to create brief, adaptive, and personalized psychodiagnostic tests.

• The use of implicit measures to assess individual differences.

Daiana Colledani is author and co-author of numerous articles published in international journals and is member of the editorial board of journals indexed in Scopus and WoS. She regularly participates in national and international conferences.
