Research: Multi-sensor/Multi-temporal Satellite Remote Sensing for the Monitoring of Deformation Processes: Advanced Modelling with Machine Learning

Born in San Cesario di Lecce, 30th April 1994. Master's Degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics at Università di Roma La Sapienza in 2021 (summa cum laude). The thesis, entitled “Synergies and complementarities between JWST and EXCITE: advancing spectroscopy of exoplanet atmospheres”, was carried out under Prof. Pascale supervision. Ph.D student in 2021 in Earth Science at Università di Roma La Sapienza, with one scholarship funded by Centro di Ricerca previsione, prevenzione e controllo dei rischi geologici (CERI). The field of activity is Remote Sensing for Earth Observation. The research activity provides new satellite tools to identify, classify, and map deformation processes. The goal is the long-term monitoring of the state of activity of deformation processes through the application of Machine Learning techniques.
