Research: Innovative bioelectrochemical processes for biogas upgrading into biomethane

Bachelor's degree in biotechnology - University of Rome Tor Vergata;
Master's degree in Industrial biotechnology - University of Rome Tor Vergata;
Master's Internship: Biogas production and upgrading - University of Groningen.

During my master's internship, I worked on biogas production and upgrading. The aims of my project were the evaluation of the process stability to produce high calorific biogas in an HPAD (High Pressure Anaerobic Digestion) system utilizing high alkalinity synthetic wastewater as substrate and the illustration and analysis of the microbial community in the reactor.
