Research: Punitive Damages. Moral aspects, practical implications, opportunities.
PhD candidate in Comparative Private Law at La Sapienza University of Rome. Lawyer since 2021, currently working at the Legal Office of the Court of Auditors in Rome. Previous professional experience between: the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the State Attorney General and some private law firms. He obtains his first Master's degree in Law in 2019 and a second one in Political Science in 2020: both at La Sapienza. He then obtained a LL.M. in European Private Law, also at the same university. In addition to La Sapienza, he also studied and specialised at: Columbia University in New York, Fordham University in New York and Université Catholique in Lyon.
