November 2018- present: attending the first year of the PhD program: “Plasticità Neurosensoriale- Neuroplasticity (1304/2018)” at the UOD Oculistica of the “Azienda Ospedaliera Sant’Andrea” of Rome (Italy).

July 2018: Graduated cum laudae from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in English at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, with the thesis: “Intravitreal Dexamethasone Implant Administration Prior to Cataract Surgery in Diabetic Patients with Coexisting Cataract and Diabetic Macular Edema”

2017: Internship in the department of internal medicine at the “Swedish Covenant” hospital of Chicago, (USA).

2016: Winner of an Erasmus+ scholarship at the University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen (Denmark).

2015: Internship in the department of Neurophysiology at the University of Concepción,
Concepción (Chile) with the IFMSA organization.

2012: English GCE (General Certificate of Education) obtained at “The New School Rome”.

2010: Harvard University – Division of Continuing Education – Summer Term 2010, Cambridge,
MA (USA), where I attended and passed the 8 Credits Course named “Introductory
Biology” (BIOS S – 1AB).
