Barbara Mastropietro is an Associate Professor of Private Law at the Department of History, Anthropology, Religions, Art and Performance of Sapienza University of Rome, where she teaches Private Law, Private Law of Art, and Information and Copyright Law. She is the author of several monographs and numerous articles on civil law published in both Italian and international journals.
