Research:
Arianna Papale earned her master’s degree with the dissertation Donna J. Haraway, Cyberfeminism and other side-effects in 2017. During the same year, she attended the startup accelerator program approved by UCLA thanks to the Italian scholarship Torno Subito. As it was planned by the project, in 2018 she dealt with the photography collection Michetti of the Aerofototeca Nazionale about which she wrote a monography. In 2014 she achieved, as a journalist, the license issued by the Italian professional register owing to an internship at Centro Mare Radio for which she has been editor in chief for the following years. In 2016 she collaborated as editor with Galleria Berardi and Galleria Prencipe. Arianna Papale has written for online magazine like Juliet Art Magazine, Ziguline and many others.
Currently, her research focuses on the view from above especially on aerophotography. The dissertation title is The view from above, abstractions and narrative complicities.
