Scholarship). Research Project: “Interpreting the socio-economic
dynamics in an Early Bronze Age village of Eastern Anatolia
through the study of macro-lithic tools: the case of Arslantepe,
level VI B2”. Supervisors: Prof. F. Balossi Restelli and Prof.

Arslantepe (Malatya, Turkey): experimentation, use-wear analysis,
organization of domestic spaces”. Supervisors: Prof. Cristina Lemorini and
Prof. Marcella Frangipane.

view”. Supervisor: Prof. Cristina Lemorini.
Professional experience
2021-present Study of macro-lithic tools at the Neolithic Pre-Ceramic B site of Er-
Rahib (Wadi El-Yabis, Jordan), analysed from a functional and
technological point of view. In collaboration with Prof. C. Conati
Barbaro who conducted the excavation as part of the joint Italian -
American mission directed by G. Palumbo and J. Mabry and
funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National
Research Center (CNR).
2021-present Study of macro-lithic tools from the site “Terramara of Pragatto”

National Prehistoric and Ethnographic Museum “L. Pigorini” for RTI
ADITUM CULTURA.
2013 – 2019 Occasional teaching collaborations related to the application of
use-wear analysis on macro-lithic tools to study technological and
functional aspects for B.A., M.A. and School of Specialization
classes of Experimental Archaeology (Prof. Cristina Lemorini) and
Sciences Applied to Cultural Heritage (Prof. Francesca Balossi
Restelli).
2014; 2018 Study of macro-lithic tools from the site “Arslantepe” (Malatya,
Turchia) coming from EBA level VI B2. The techno-functional
analysis through macro-traces was carried mainly on grinding
slabs, grinders/pestles, belong to four different spaces, located in
different parts of the village. The excavation of the site was
directed by Prof. Marcella Frangipane.
2012 Volunteer organizer of the International Workshop “An integration
of use-wear and residues analysis for the identification of the
function of archaeological stone tools” March 5th-7th, at the
Sapienza University of Rome and CNR, international workshop
funded by The Wenner-Green Foundation.
