I carry out my research activity at the TAGC lab (Inserm, Aix-Marseille University, Luminy Campus). I aim at understanding the molecular basis of human disease by using and developing network-based approaches. In particular, I seek to elucidate the potential role of bacteria and viruses in modulating human health. I am also interested in: genetic variation impact on protein networks, multifunctional proteins, regulatory sites and signal transduction.
As a associate professor at Aix-Marseille University, I teach Bioinformatics and Network Biology at the Bachelor level (B), and Computational Biology, Systems and Network Biology, Biostatistics and Programming (Python and R) at the Master level (M) in different programs: Bioinformatics (M), Cellular Biology (B), Genomics and Data Analysis (M), Immunology (M), Life Sciences (B), Physiology and Genomics (B).
