EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Since November 2021: Ph.D. student, with scholarship, in Storia, Antropologia, Religioni, curriculum Medieval History at "Sapienza" University of Rome (XXXVII ciclo).
Between 2019 and 2021 he attended School for Archival Studies, Paleography, and Diplomatic
(Scuola di Archivistica, Paleografia e Diplomatica), in State Archive of Rome, achieving the diploma in September 2021
In July 2021 he achieved the Master Degree (with honours programme) in Historical Studies (curriculum Medieval History) at "Sapienza" University of Rome. Thesis title: “Tra il sultano e la tiara. La politica fiorentina alla prova della crociata (1458-1464)”. (First director prof. Antonio Musarra, second director prof.ssa Eleonora Plebani. 110/110 cum laude)
In September 2019 he achieved the Bachelor Degree in History, Anthropology, Religions (curriculum Medieval History and Paleography), at "Sapienza" University of Rome. Thesis title: “Il cardinale unionista. Isidoro di Kiev e il tramonto di Bisanzio (1452-1461)” (Director prof.ssa Eleonora Plebani. 110/110 cum laude)
In 2016 he achieved the classical high school diploma in "Liceo T. Tasso" in Rome (100/100)
SCHOLARSHIPS AND INTERNSHIPS
He obtained for the period 2016-2021 the Bonus Worthy Students from "Sapienza" University of Rome.
Between 2020 and 2021 he took part in the project ("Laboratorio Medievistico sul Santo Sepolcro"), aimed at collecting in a database medieval sources regarding Jerusalem and the Holy Sepulchre. Supervisor: Prof. Antonio Musarra
In 2020 he obtained a tutoring scholarship from "Sapienza" University of Rome
Between 2017 and 2018 he completed an internship (150 hours) at the Quirinal Palace in Rome
In 2015 he obtained a mention of merit for "Premio Augusto 2014", from the Italian Institute for the Ancient History
FURTHER ACTIVITIES
Since 2019, he's member of the Pontifical Council for Culture Youth Forum, created by Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, and writes articles for Cultures and Faith, the review of the Dicastery
He's an editor for the review Pandora Rivista, and he has been moderator of several conferences promoted by this organization:
“Strutture e rappresentazioni del potere nel Medioevo” (12/04/2019) with Giuseppe Sergi e Massimo Montanari; “Incertezze globali” (18/12/2019) with Franco Cardini and Alessandro Vanoli; “Crisi, rinascite e rivoluzioni” (6/10/2020), with Franco Cardini, Francesca Roversi Monaco and Alessandro Vanoli.
