TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

Thanks to the internship carried out during the master's thesis, I was able to become familiar with the basic techniques of molecular biology (PCR, RT-PCR, electrophoresis on Agarose gel, bacterial transformation), and classical genetics with Drosophila melanogaster. I was also able to learn the use of software for the analysis of microscopy images (ImaJ, Image Lab) and statistical analysis software (Graph pad).

Good use of Office package programs (Word, Power Point, Excel).
