Research: Optimization of critical technological processes for high performance and high reliability GaN HEMT devices (GaNAPA)
My research activity is related to the optimisation of critical technological processes for the realisation of high performance and high reliability gallium nitride electron mobility transistors (GaN HEMT) in collaboration with Leonardo Spa. In parallel to my main research activity, I carry out several collaborations and research projects on various topics related to Raman spectroscopy and Tip-Enhanced Raman spectroscopy applied mainly to cultural heritage, biological materials and classical (silicon-based) electronics.
