Research: Earth Observation big data exploitation for water reservoirs and glaciers continuous monitoring

Alireza Hamoudzadeh is a Ph.D. candidate in Infrastructure and Transport at Sapienza University of Rome. Alireza's research focuses on leveraging Earth Observation data to develop innovative methods for routine monitoring of glaciers and water surfaces. By utilizing advanced satellite altimetry tools such as SWOT and GEDI, he aims to enhance the precision and efficiency of environmental monitoring, contributing to sustainable resource management and climate research.
