Research:

Alessio Incocciati obtained a B.S. in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques (110/110 cum Laude) and a M.D. in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (110/110 cum Laude) at Sapienza University of Rome. During the internship, he followed two research projects: 1) the development of ferritin-based nanovehicles for drug delivery; and 2) the development and validation of chromatographic and mass-spectrometric methods applied to metabolome analysis.
Currently, he is a PhD student in Life Sciences at the Department of Biochemical Sciences (Sapienza, University of Rome). His research project is focused on the development of engineered ferritins for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
