Research: Work(dis)place: the change of the physical and social environment in Smart Working

Alessandro Lorenzo Mura is a PhD student in Social Psychology at the PhD course in Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology and Educational Research. His main research interests concern:
- Workplace Attachment;
- Person-environment fit in the organizational context;
- New work environments (Smart working, remote working);
- Pro-environmental behavior in the workplace;
- Corporate Environmental Responsibility;
