Research: From Exile to the Capital: Pathways and Memories of the Roman Liberal Bourgeoisie in Nineteenth-Century Europe
Since November 2024, he has been a PhD student with a scolarship at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in Storia, Antropologia, Religioni (XL cycle), specializing in Modern History. The research project will focus on the roman exiles between 1849 and 1870.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
In 2024 (academic year 2023/24), attended a second level Master’s degree in Public Digital History at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
In 2023 (academic year 2021/22), he graduated with a Master's degree in Scienze Storiche (Modern History) from the University of Rome "La Sapienza," with a grade of 110/110 with honors, defending a thesis titled “The Roman Population in the First Decade of Italian Rome: Suspension, Conflicts, and Transformations (1870-1881)” (supervisor: Prof.ssa Lidia Piccioni, co-supervisor: Prof. Bruno Bonomo).
In 2021 (academic year 2019/20), he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Storia, Antropologia, Religioni (Modern History) from the University of Rome "La Sapienza," with a grade of 110/110 with honors, defending a thesis titled “The Birth and Characteristics of Roman Antifascism: The Cases of Valle dell’Inferno, Trionfale, and Prati (1921-1922)” (supervisor: Prof. Bruno Bonomo).
In July 2017, he obtained his high school diploma at the Dante Alighieri Classical High School in Rome with a grade of 90/100.
RESEARCH EXPERIENCES
In 2023, he won a two-month research grant at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" (Department S.A.R.A.S) as part of the project “Roma150: Un portale partecipato per la conoscenza della Capitale (1870-2020)”.

On 08/05/2023, he participated in the conference presenting “Roma150: Un portale partecipato per la conoscenza della Capitale (1870-2020)”, held in the the Rectorate of the University of Roma Tre, with a presentation titled “Building and Inhabiting Contemporary Rome.”
