Alessandra Mignolli, PhD in International Economic Law, is associate professor of European Union Law at Sapienza University, Rome. She was a Fulbright Research Scholar in 2007. She had multiple teaching experiences in Italy and abroad and is author of books and articles on EU Law and International Law. Her major areas of research are the external action of the EU and the Common Foreign and Security Policy, European institutional law, international protection of human rights and international economic law and trade law.
