Research:

In the field of music for the Italian theater scene in the second half of the twentieth century, my project proposes an in-depth study of the musical repertoire composed by Fiorenzo Carpi for Dario Fo's theater from their first meeting in 1953 until the 1990s. The goal of the research is a systematic reorganization of this repertoire, its historical-critical interpretation, its aesthetic-formal analysis, then an accommodation of the phenomenon within studies on the history of performance and the relationship between music and the multiple components of theater.
