Roberta Bosisio is an associate professor at the Department of Cultures, Politics and Society - University of Turin, where she teaches Childhood cultures and children's rights, Sociology of law and Sociology of deviance. She conducted research on children’s representation and perceptions of their rights, sense of justice in young people, rights and needs of migrant children, children with same-sex parents and, same-sex families, the right to education of hospitalized children, She adopt a sociological-juridical perspective, starting from the sociology of childhood approach and placing children’s agency and participation at the centre.
She is currently working on young generations' protagonism and participation in peace and environmental issues, and intergenerational justice.
