| descrizione: | Il Dottorato si articola in sei curricula:
IUS/07 – Diritto del lavoro;
Il Dottorato di ricerca in Diritto del lavoro fornisce competenze necessarie per l’attività di ricerca, tenuto conto della costante evoluzione della disciplina e della trasformazione subita dai modelli di organizzazione del lavoro. Saranno approfondite tematiche di attualità, quali la regolazione del mercato del lavoro, le tipologie contrattuali flessibili e il nuovo assetto delle relazioni intersindacali.
IUS/12 – Diritto Tributario;
Il diritto tributario si sta evolvendo dando attuazione ai principi di trasparenza, economicità, imparzialità, effettività ed efficacia. I recenti interventi legislativi fanno presagire un diverso atteggiarsi dei rapporti tra contribuente e amministrazione. Appare perciò opportuno rimeditare detta impostazione non dimenticando gli interessi che sono alla base dell’azione amministrativa.
IUS/04 - IUS/05 – Diritto commerciale e dell’economia;
Il dottorato persegue l’obiettivo dell’addestramento alla ricerca scientifica su diversi temi: (i) la disciplina di diritto privato dell’attività e degli atti di impresa; (ii) le modalità e gli strumenti di attuazione della vigilanza pubblica sulle imprese private; (iii) l’impresa; (iv) la disciplina peculiare dell’impresa bancaria, di assicurazione e di intermediazione finanziaria; (v) gli strumenti rappresentativi e di circolazione della ricchezza.
IUS/02 – Diritto privato comparato;
Il dottorato di ricerca in Diritto privato comparato presenta caratteristiche innovative e si incentrerà sui seguenti temi: il diritto privato comparato nelle sue diverse articolazioni; il diritto privato europeo e comunitario; il diritto uniforme delle convenzioni internazionali; il diritto emergente dalla prassi contrattuale internazionale.
IUS/01 - IUS/19 - Realtà e radici del Diritto privato europeo;
Il curriculum ha lo scopo di preparare per la ricerca scientifica nel diritto privato europeo e nella storia del diritto europeo. Il programma formativo prevede: (i) lo studio del diritto privato europeo; (ii) l’approfondimento degli istituti principali in prospettiva diacronica; (iii) i diritti e gli interessi tutelati dalle norme e i c.d. diritti fondamentali; (iv) il processo di integrazione europea; (v) lo studio degli aspetti di convergenza nell’evoluzione dei sistemi giuridici europei.
IUS/15 – Diritto processuale civile
Obiettivi del corso sono lo studio delle tematiche proprie del Diritto processuale civile. Il corso riserverà speciale attenzione alle novità legislative, come le numerose modifiche al codice di procedura civile, nonché la riforma delle procedure concorsuali. L’obiettivo del corso è il perfezionamento delle capacità di ricerca, al fine di ottenere dai dottorandi prodotti di ricerca qualitativamente qualificati.

IUS/07 – Labour Law;
The PhD course in Labour law wants realizes these formative aims: individual specialist researches about labour relation, trade union right and social security with a particular attention to the analysis of the law in force and to the consideration of the law evolution and of the comparatistic topics.
IUS/12 – Tax Law;
The tax law is carrying into the principle of transparency, impartiality, effectivity and efficiency. The auspicated parity conditions between administration and taxpayers is still far but the new legislation, among the Statute of the Tax Payer, make a different behaviour of these relations impressed to the a major collaboration.
IUS/04 - IUS/05 – Commercial, Company, Financial and Competition Law;
The three years long PhD course aims at training the candidates to the doctor’s degree to scientific research and will focus on this themes: (i) the Law of Business Enterprises, including Company Law, Commercial Contracts Law, Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law; Law of Groups of Companies; (ii) the Law of Public Supervision on Enterprises; (iii) Banking and Insurance Law;(iv) Securities Regulation and Financial Markets’
IUS/02 – Comparative Private Law;
The PhD in Comparative private Law presents innovative aspects and a qualified openness towards relationships with foreign institutions. Candidates are asked to develop individual researches on the basis of a study programme which involves as main sectors: private comparative law and its several articulations (analysis of: the comparative method, the fundamental legal traditions, the specific jurisdictions and the legal institutes); EC private law; uniform law deriving from international conventions; law arising from international contractual practices (c.d. lex mercatoria).
IUS/01 - IUS/19 - Civil Law and History Of European Law;
The purpose is to prepare PhD candidates for scientific research about themes and subjects of the two scientific areas (Civil Law and European History Law). i) European private law, which, in XIX century and in the first half of the XX century, has been a law incorporated in the main codes ii) European private law is also studied in its historical roots. The main topics are: Intellectual Property; the interpretation of the law and of contracts; the trading, the contract resolution; iii) Fundamental Rights, iiii) The influence of European Union politics in domestic law systems.
IUS/15 – Civil Procedure Law
Doctorate in civil procedure deals with all the fundamental themes of the matter: declaratory judgment, enforcement proceedings, interim injunctions, voluntary jurisdiction, arbitration, bankruptcy proceedings. Other subjects of the course are: general theory of legal process, administration of justice, private international law, comparative civil procedure, EU civil procedure.
