| descrizione: | Nei prossimi decenni le nazioni si troveranno ad affrontare sempre di più le tematiche legate all'energia e all'ambiente, per garantire, a livello mondiale, uno sviluppo effettivamente sostenibile; in tale visione di crescita, che coniuga le risorse disponibili con il rispetto della natura in tutti i suoi aspetti, assumono importanza fondamentale le conoscenze e le competenze interdisciplinari e transnazionali, essendo le uniche che permettono di affrontare in maniera organica problematiche complesse che coinvolgono non solo aspetti più propriamente tecnologici, ma anche dinamiche sociali, economiche ed ambientali su scale sempre più ampie.
Il Corso di Dottorato di Ricerca in Energia e Ambiente garantisce l’acquisizione di competenze e conoscenze multidisciplinari, fortemente integrate, al fine di formare figure professionali orientate al mondo della ricerca, dell’impresa, delle istituzioni governative, nazionali e internazionali, e della cooperazione. Tali figure sapranno affrontare, avvalendosi dei mezzi culturali acquisiti durante lo svolgimento del dottorato, la sfida dello sviluppo energetico, in armonia con la salvaguardia dell’ambiente e dell’uomo, in un contesto internazionale che veda partecipi, allo stesso modo, i paesi industrializzati, emergenti ed in via di sviluppo. Tale obiettivo è raggiunto attraverso cinque indirizzi culturali in cui si articola il corso di dottorato: "Fisica Tecnica Industriale ed Ambientale", "Macchine e Sistemi per l'Energia e l'Ambiente", "Ingegneria Nucleare", "Risparmio Energetico e Microgenerazione Distribuita", "Ingegneria Aerospaziale". I cinque percorsi, pur differenziandosi nell’entità dell’approfondimento su diversi contenuti specifici, hanno una comune base conoscitiva e, soprattutto, metodologica, tale da garantire una forte correlazione tra i differenti settori culturali che attengono alle scienze dell'energia, dell'ambiente e delle politiche di sviluppo. Il Dottorato di Ricerca in Energia e Ambiente, che ha una durata di tre anni, è organizzato in modo tale che sia possibile fruire di tutte le competenze presenti all’interno dei cinque indirizzi culturali e dei rispettivi contenuti scientifico-disciplinari. In particolare, poiché le tematiche legate alle scienze e tecnologie energetiche ed ambientali costituiscono un patrimonio comune a tutti i dottorandi, la struttura formativa del dottorato si articola in una prima fase didattica dedicata all'approfondimento di argomenti di formazione propedeutica e di base per la ricerca ed in due fasi successive, finalizzate, rispettivamente, all’approfondimento degli aspetti di interesse più specifico dei diversi indirizzi culturali e allo sviluppo della tesi. |

The PhD program in Energy and the Environment guarantees the acquisition of highly integrated multidisciplinary skills and knowledge, in order to train professionals oriented towards the world of research, business, national and international government institutions, and cooperation . These figures will be able to face, making use of the cultural means acquired during the course of the doctorate, the challenge of energy development, in harmony with the protection of the environment and man, in an international context that sees the participation of industrialized countries in the same way emerging and developing. This objective is achieved through five cultural curricula into which the doctoral course is divided: "Industrial and Environmental Technical Physics", "Machinery and Systems for Energy and the Environment", "Nuclear Engineering", "Energy Saving and Distributed Microgeneration ", "Aerospace Engineering". The five courses, while differing in the extent of the in-depth study of various specific contents, have a common cognitive and, above all, methodological basis, such as to guarantee a strong correlation between the different cultural sectors that pertain to the energy, environmental and environmental sciences and development policies. The PhD in Energy and the Environment, which has a duration of three years, is organized in such a way that it is possible to use all the skills present within the five cultural curricula and their respective scientific-disciplinary contents. In particular, since the issues related to energy and environmental sciences and technologies constitute a common heritage for all PhD students, the training structure of the doctorate is divided into a first educational phase dedicated to the deepening of preparatory and basic training topics for research and in two successive phases, aimed, respectively, at the deepening of the more specific aspects of interest of the different cultural addresses and at the development of the thesis. |
