Qualifications assessment

I candidati che concorrono, al momento della presentazione della domanda ed entro la scadenza del bando, sono tenuti a produrre la seguente documentazione (in italiano o in inglese):
1) Curriculum vitae e studiorum;
2) Progetto di ricerca dettagliato, con indicazioni del curriculum per il quale il candidato opta, redatto in lingua italiana o inglese. Deve essere contenuto fra le 15.000 e le 20.000 battute spazi inclusi, strutturato in base ai seguenti punti:
a. Titolo della ricerca e definizione dell’area di interesse;
b. Elementi di originalità del progetto stesso;
c. Richiami teorici inerenti l’ambito tematico prescelto;
d. Descrizione delle specifiche metodologie di indagine secondo le quali si intende organizzare il lavoro;
e. Documentata fattibilità del progetto nel triennio e risultati previsti.
Nella prima riunione per la valutazione dei titoli (in cui i candidati non devono presentarsi) la Commissione esamina la documentazione presentata, esprimendo una votazione in sessantesimi, che rispetta i seguenti parametri:
a. Curriculum vitae e studiorum, massimo 20 punti;
b. Progetto di Ricerca, massimo 40 punti.
Il giudizio finale sarà la somma dei singoli punteggi, la votazione minima per l’ammissione alla prova orale è di 40/60.

Candidati stranieri in soprannumero.
Nella prima riunione per la valutazione dei titoli (in cui i candidati non devono presentarsi) la valutazione verrà effettuata sulla base di:
1) Titolo/i di studio conseguito/i e voto/i riportato/i, massimo 15 punti;
2) Curriculum Vitae e studiorum, massimo 10 punti;
3) Progetto di Ricerca, massimo 35 punti.
Il Progetto di Ricerca, redatto in lingua italiana o inglese, deve essere strutturato con le modalità sopra descritte.
Sebbene i titoli presentati possono essere in italiano o in inglese, i candidati stranieri sono comunque tenuti ad una buona conoscenza della lingua italiana.
Il giudizio finale sarà la somma dei singoli punteggi, la valutazione minima per l'ammissione alla prova orale è di 40/60.

Candidates who compete, at the time of submitting the application and within the deadline of the call, are required to produce the following documentation (in Italian or English):
1) Curriculum vitae and studiorum;
2) Detailed research project, with indications of the curriculum for which the candidate opts, written in Italian or English. It must be contained between 15,000 and 20,000 characters including spaces, structured according to the following points:
a. Title of the research and definition of the area of interest;
b. Elements of originality of the project itself;
c. Theoretical references relating to the chosen thematic area;
d. Description of the specific investigation method according to wich the work is intended
to be organized;
e. Documented feasibility of the project in the three-year period and expected results. In the first meeting for the evaluation of qualifications (in which candidates do not have to appear) the Commission examines the documentation presented, expressing a vote in sixtieths, which respects the following parameters:
a. Curriculum vitae and studiorum, maximum 20 points;
b. Research Project, maximum 40 points. The final mark will be the sum of the individual scores, the minimum mark for admission to the oral exam is 40/60.

Supernumerary foreign candidates:
In the first meeting for the evaluation of qualifications (in which candidates do not have to present themselves) the evaluation will be carried out on the basis of:
1. Degree (s) of study obtained and grade(s) reported, maximum 15 points;
2. Curriculum vitae and studiorum, maximum 10 points;
3. Research project, maximum 35 points.
The Research Project, drawn up in Italian or English, must be structured in the manner described above.
Although the titles presented may be in Italian or English, foreign candidates are still required to have a good knowledge of the Italian language. The final judgment will be the sum of the
individual scores, the minimum assessment for admission to the oral exam is 40/60.

Prova orale
Oral interview

I candidati ammessi sono tenuti a presentarsi alla prova orale, che si svolge in italiano o in inglese e che consiste in un colloquio relativo ai seguenti punti:
1. Approfondimento delle competenze del candidato in funzione del curriculum prescelto;
2. Dettagliata presentazione del progetto di ricerca;
3. Accertamento delle competenze linguistiche;
La valutazione, espressa in sessantesimi, rispetta i seguenti parametri:
• Discussione delle tematiche relative al progetto di ricerca (30 punti);
• Chiarezza espositiva, capacità di sintesi e interesse scientifico del curriculum (20 punti);
• lingua straniera (10 punti).
Punteggio complessivo minimo per ammissione al Dottorato di Ricerca: 80/120.

Candidati stranieri in sovrannumero:
I candidati stranieri che concorrono in sovrannumero devono presentarsi di persona il giorno dello svolgimento della prova orale, per illustrare il proprio progetto di ricerca e sostenere un
approfondito colloquio con la Commissione.
La prova orale sarà svolta in inglese, I candidati sono comunque tenuti ad una buona conoscenza della lingua italiana.
La valutazione, espressa in sessantesimi, rispetta I seguenti parametri:
1. Competenze del candidato, Massimo 30 punti;
2. Presentazione del progetto di ricerca, Massimo 30 punti.
Punteggio complessivo minimo per ammissione al Dottorato di Ricerca: 80/120.

Candidates admitted are required to present themselves to the oral test, which takes place in Italian or English and wich consists of an interview relating to the following points:
1) Deepening of the candidate's skills according to the chosen curriculum;
2) Detailed presentation of the research project;
3) Assessment of language skills
The evaluation, expressed in sixtieths, respects the following parameters:
1) Candidate skills, maximum 20 points;
2) Presentation of the research project, maximum 30 points;
3) Language skills, maximum 10 points.
Minimum overall score for admission to the Research Doctorate:80/120.

Foreign candidates who compete in supernumerary must present themselves in person on the day of the oral exam, to illustrate their research project and to carry out a detailed interview with the Commission.
The oral exam will be held in English, however candidates are required to have a good knowledge of the Italian language.

1) Competence of the candidate, maximum 30 points;
2) Presentation of the Research Project, maximum 30 points.
Minimun overall score for admission to the Research Doctorate: 80/120.
